Hydrojeel, a subsidiary of INNOVX under UM6P / OCP Group, leads the development of Morocco’s Power-to-X (PtX) platform, with a focus on large-scale green hydrogen and green ammonia production. Its mandate is to establish a competitive and integrated PtX ecosystem that supports Morocco’s position in the global energy transition while creating long-term industrial value. Acting on behalf of OCP Group, Hydrojeel is responsible for structuring and delivering the Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia program, including ecosystem development, technology integration, and industrial deployment. ETFuels is developing an integrated Power-to-X (PtX) platform for large-scale, zero-emission e-fuel production. Its approach combines off-grid renewable energy, optimized system integration, and secured offtake strategies to deliver cost-competitive and scalable e-fuel solutions. The platform is designed to support hard-to-abate sectors such as heavy transport and industry in meeting regulatory decarbonization requirements, while contributing to a resilient and fully zero-emission energy system. Following its acquisition by Adenia Partners across 12 African countries, Air Liquide’s regional operations were rebranded as Erium, forming the first independent pan-African group dedicated to industrial and medical gases, with a strong presence in West and Central Africa and Madagascar. • Managing delivery schedule, scope, and budgets to meet agreed-upon milestones, and will be the overall individual responsibility for delivering the development of a green fuels (ammonia and/or methanol) production facility through to FID safely, on time and within budget • Lead the employees and contractor(s) to oversee and control the development of a large-scale green fuels business, spanning renewable electricity, hydrogen, and methanol or ammonia production and transportation • Single point of accountability for overall project quality, cost and delivery, throughout the development phase (including feasibility and FEED studies) through to FID • The ability and drive to build up a fast growing organization, from a project phase to a site – leading project teams of eventually 100+ highly skilled professionals, and its performance through clear communication of expectations, and engage team in process improvement • Providing consistent coaching, training, guidance and overall direction to the project team • Supporting external affairs and senior or high-profile interactions (incl. local government, equity partners) • Coordinating effectively with contractor leadership in-order to a build a cohesive project team that will deliver according to plan • Leading the interface with the Board • Conducting performance management evaluation of overall program to share with CEO and Board.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of all conversion, upgrades, modification and Order To Remittance (OTR) projects across Africa in GE Power Services. - Drove operational excellence through alignment to the global processes and standards of the function. - Responsible for all activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of service projects; including scope, time, contract, cost and quality management. - Responsible for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Direct report responsibilities of CM&U first line leaders and project manager, driving operating rhythm, and coordination among all support function organizations in order to meet execution commitments. - Resolve project execution issues in a timely manner to assure project completion to the customer's satisfaction. - Ensure process and operational alignment, best practice implementation. - Engage with the Product Line Project Management team for “Complex” project fulfillment and oversight for applicable projects. - Drive cross sub-region synergies and efficiencies within the project management team and regional support functions. - Proactively manage project through risk mitigation strategies to meet or exceed margin expectations. - Engage with Commercial team to drive improved proposal quality, OTR turnover effectiveness, and OTR progress review and gating. - Forecast and pace financial, delivery, quality etc. performance. - Develop and Drive Key performance indicators to ensure improved OTR performance and process rigor - Contribution in the development of a business plan for the business unit as a whole. - The single point of accountability for the Power Services portfolio including pacing, cost management, customer fulfillment and issue resolution
- Responsible for projects from development to execution and setting up and developing the business in the MEAI region - Creating the projects and engineering teams, executing projects at 40% cost savings leading to significant growth in profitability in EPC and turnkey projects - Managing Engineering, Project Management, procurement and construction activities for various projects in the MEA - Creating, developing and supervising a PMO and Portfolio Management: • Managing shared resources across all projects administrated by the PMO • Developing PM methodologies, policies, best practices and standards and monitoring compliance through projects audits - Assessing business and economic environment and input from senior managers to develop overall regional strategy and business plans - Providing guidelines to heads of departments for their business and operational plans, in line with overall strategy - Developed and implemented an audit program covering all industrial activities within the ME zone (lead auditors and technical auditors)
