- Creation of the Group's branch in Africa in accordance with the legal procedure necessary to start company's activities under the local laws of each country. - Management and development of the Group's activity in the region - Coordination and Business Development and bringing the geographical dimension of the Group's strategy to its scope - Analysis of different way’s that may be of interest to the Group to get the GO/NO GO decision - Document preparation and responses to calls for tenders in all their components, administrative, technical and financial - Management of the project portfolio, on all its components (technical, deadlines, costs, resources, HR, contracts and amendments, invoicing...) by framing of project managers - Review of projects and budget deadlines (estimates, closing) - Application and development of the Group's quality system - Framing, Supervision and support local resources on the implementation of annual objectives as well as their evaluations

Monitoring and control below CW scope on Taparura-Sfax project wich aims the Depollution and rehabilitation of the northern coasts of Sfax city. - Excavation of the phosphogypsum layer which bypasses the deposit and extract all polluted terrestrial and marine materials. - The remodeling of the depot in the form of a truncated cone and cover it with ordinary backfilling material to transform it into an urban park. - The construction of a pumping system on the depot. - The construction of a drainage system around the phosphogypsum deposit. - Isolate the deposit using a cement bentonite screen with a HDPE sheet. - Dredging and backfilling of land reclaimed from the sea by hydraulic sand material. - The construction of coastal protection breakwater. - The construction of concrete drain channel system to collect rainwater
