KFSHRC – Al Madinah Branch (Testing & Commissioning Phase) Established the Support Services Department, covering Transportation, Environmental Services, Housing, and Laundry, ensuring readiness before hospital opening. Delivered 500+ fully equipped housing units with furniture, recreation facilities, and amenities, ready for immediate accommodation. Led cross-department Testing & Commissioning activities, aligning Integrated Project Plans (IPPs) between hospital teams and consultants. Coordinated with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational handover. KFSHRC – Jeddah Branch (Procurement Department) Designed and implemented a cost-saving program in procurement operations, achieving over 50 million SAR in savings without compromising service quality. NEOM – Hospital Community Operations Oversaw and monitored 6 residential buildings within the NEOM community, managing over 500 weekly check-ins and check-outs while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.
