I have led multi-billion-dollar transactions, built joint ventures from the ground up, driven enterprise-wide restructurings, and helped reposition one of the UAE’s most prominent business institutions while expanding its sovereign, multilateral, and private sector reach. With 15 years of board governance across some of the UAE’s most critical institutions in energy, utilities, and financial services, I have chaired and served on committees spanning audit, investment, and risk. I bring extensive experience working with regulators, sovereign stakeholders, and institutional investors — translating governance, capital, and strategy into decisions that withstand scrutiny.
