My expertise ranges from fleet maintenance and marine technical programs to regulatory compliance and the development of maritime operational frameworks. I combine a strong mechanical engineering background—backed by international training from the Marine Technical Academy in Japan—with a proven ability to lead large-scale industrial organizations.
