Spearheading, monitoring, developing, and implementing mechanisms of Technical Services needed to meet the requirements of running and potential projects Leading, guiding, and mentoring the Workforce Teams to complete all project and site requirements on time, ensuring quality deliverables Monitoring projects w.r.t. budgeted cost, demand forecasts, and time overruns to ensure timely execution of the projects Supporting improvements to Quality Systems and HSE Plans to ensure maximum quality and safety at all sites Organizing activities for continual improvement, resource optimization, cost savings, and streamlined work execution Reviewing Changes arising in projects, analyzing the Cost and Time Impact of Changes, and submitting notifications to the Client Lead team of international consultancy firms to provide comprehensive design starting from concept design through schematic design up to complete detailed design for design and build projects Manage all technical , design and engineering scope of works for various projects • Lead a team of engineers & draftsmen to Prepare\review shop drawings, coordination drawings, composite drawings, bar bending schedules, fabrication drawings & as built drawings. • Lead a team of BIM specialists to execute all project BIM requirements. • Perform design review and assurance of following all specifications, standards, general standardization requirements by client
Lead team of international consultancy firms to provide comprehensive design starting from concept design through schematic design up to complete detailed design for design and build projects • Manage all technical , design and engineering scope of works for various projects • Lead a team of engineers & draftsmen to Prepare\review shop drawings, coordination drawings, composite drawings, bar bending schedules, fabrication drawings & as built drawings. • Lead a team of BIM specialists to execute all project BIM requirements. • Perform design review and assurance of following all specifications, standards, general standardization requirements by client. Coordination between different disciplines (arch., civil, electromechanical,). • Coordination between different project’s packages to ensure following same standardization requirements. • Closely monitor engineering progress, address shortfalls, developed recovery plans and follow up implementation to ensure mile stone were met on schedule. • Raise RFIs, field changes, queries, to monitor & solve any potential discrepancies, problems in construction documents (design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings). • Predict any potential problem in project that might face the construction progress and propose solution for them. • Coordination between client, engineer (A\E), subcontractors, arrange\participating in engineering meetings, workshops. • Ensuring the technical targets required by the client are attained. • Propose value engineering options and mange design changes . • Attending meetings with the client, engineer (A\E), subcontractors on weekly and monthly basis ,in order to interpret technical contract requirements correctly • Arrange workshop with A\E &subcontractors to ensure the full coordination between subcontractors in different disciplines and ensuring the full compliance with project specification and requirements.

• Lead a team of engineers & draftsmen to Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and composite drawings, bar bending schedules, fabrication drawings & as built drawings • Perform design review and assurance of following all specifications & British standards for different facilities of the projects. • Ensure the receipt of all drawings and documents from the designer • Perform coordination between different disciplines (arch., civil, electromechanical,…) • Ensure that the shop drawings and all other drawings are produced within the project schedule • Ensuring the technical documentation is properly produced reviewed ,controlled and submitted in accordance with the project specified requirements • Raise RFIs, queries, early warning notices to monitor & solve any potential discrepancies, problems in construction documents (design drawings, specifications, shop drawings) • Prepare value engineering proposals, design modifications & validations. • Ensuring the technical targets required by the client are attained • Attending meetings with the client, engineer (A\E), subcontractors on weekly and monthly basis ,in order to interpret technical contract requirements correctly • Arrange workshop with A\E &subcontractors to ensure the full coordination between subcontractors in different disciplines and ensuring the full compliance with project specification and requirements. • Arrange meetings \ workshops with site staff on daily\ weekly basis to solve all issues relating to execution works. • Prepare bid summaries, material submittals, method statements in accordance with relevant specifications & standards. • The co-ordination of all material and drawings submittal and related documentation. • Follow up\update schedule of submittals vs. actual submittals to assure meeting planned time lines. • Prepare progress weekly report of engineering department (reporting to technical manger and project director).
