Leading HSE operations on the KSKD Diriyah Project, I drive the implementation of a robust HSE Management System across a mega, multi-asset environment with over 12,000 personnel. I work closely with Diriyah Company (DC), PMC, and contractors to ensure full compliance with international standards while embedding a strong, zero-harm safety culture. My role focuses on strategic HSE leadership, proactive risk management using leading indicators, and enhancing contractor performance to achieve sustainable safety excellence. Previously, I led HSE management for major projects including SOFITEL, Aramco Projects, delivering full system implementation, compliance frameworks, and measurable improvements in safety performance.
Lead and manage HSE operations across 9 major assets within KSKD, including Capella Hotel, Misk, HoAS, KSU, KSL, J100, F&B, KSS, and Bawabah, ensuring consistent implementation of project HSE requirements.
Building a full HSE Management System for the company and liaising all HSE issues with Aramco and other Clients to maintain the highest level of HSE culture in all Alsalomi projects. in addition to fulfilling all contract requirments with effective leadership to manage more than 6000 employees.
For nearly five years, I served as the Project HSE Manager for the SOFITEL Project, a high-rise building with a budget of 2,000,000,000 Saudi Riyal. This large-scale project required managing the health, safety, and environmental aspects for a workforce of approximately 2,000 workers on site daily. My role involved ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing HSE protocols, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety among all project stakeholders. This experience honed my skills in project management, team coordination, and safety leadership in a high-stakes construction environment.
