Responsible for the overall planning, executing, controlling and completing specific project according to deadlines and within budget while ensuring consistency with the defined business case Major responsibilities includes Works collaboratively with Program Managers to develop/analyze projects and produce outcome reports; Ensure communication with all stakeholders and that the communication processes are effective by delivering key program and project related information to staff and leadership on a regular basis; Ensure that the program/project is subject to review at appropriate stages and that the outcomes of these reviews are addressed; Ensure the program is correctly established [initiation and definition] and that all necessary control procedures are implemented by Program Managers; Take responsibility for achievement of the program goals and correct errors as they occur; Plan the program and monitor overall progress, identify and resolve all emerging issues and risks that may threaten the success of the program and initiating corrective action as appropriate; Manage program expenditure, monitor costs against deliverables and realized benefits; Be responsible for the quality assurance and overall integrity of the program;
