About

I work at the intersection of education, emerging technologies, public policy and business development; to help local and international organizations, centers and corporates building strategies, governance and capabilities they need to succeed in a rapidly changing world. With over twenty years of professional experience, I am committed to shaping the future of learning and human capital development through visionary leadership, digital transformation, and innovation-driven strategy. I hold a PhD in Technology-Enhanced Language Learning from the University of Southampton, an MBA from King Faisal University, and bring international research experience as a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, bridging academic depth with executive foresight and global perspective. I work with decision-makers on: - AI governance, ethics, and national policy design - Strategic transformation and human capital development - Smart education system and business development - Cross-cultural partnerships with local & global institutions I believe the next decade will not be defined by the technologies nations and organizations adopt, but by the governance, leadership and institutional capacity built around them. My ambition is to help ensuring that innovation advances equity, sovereignty, quality and human dignity and that institutions of tomorrow are designed with the wisdom, accountability and foresight the moment demands.
