I'm a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario, Canada, with over 20 years of proven success in master planning, development, infrastructure, mixed-use, LRT, rail, transportation, and real estate projects. I have extensive experience in design management, budgeting, scheduling, project management, contract administration, change management, and business development. I'm dedicated to helping companies resolve contractual and financial issues, establish and implement PMO/PMC strategies and procedures, and manage day-to-day operational tasks. I am a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). I advise on procurement strategy, contract negotiation, commercial portfolio management, financial performance, RFQ/RFP, budgeting, risk mitigation measures, ADR methods, and the prevention and resolution of complex construction claims (EOT, prolongation cost, errors and omissions, etc.). Responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and execution to completion and handing over, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Strong leadership and in-depth knowledge of construction and project management. I support data-driven decision-making, contract negotiation, change management, contract administration, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, counterclaims, claims preparation, prime contract/subcontract settlement agreements, and prime contract closeout. As part of the procurement strategic planning, I establish the plan's goals to meet current and future demands and define a long-term strategic plan for resilient and sustainable projects; this includes: 1.
