Vendor on-site support and in-house new ICT fixture testing to measure strain applied on PCB board during ICT test. Do report based on data collected for every strain gauge test completed before shipment. Using Keysight/Agilent/Hp tester for testing new PCB fixture and using BT-basic including kornshell for command fixture vacuum on/off.
My job task as Assembly technician mainly is to buyoff machine assembled by sub-con team and do material reject or request for machine assembly. Also lead team for machine assembly according to shipment due date. Perform machine smoke detector functional test and do burn in test for ITCU project.
Working as Equipment Technician 1 at jinko solar and responsible to troubleshoot any machine issue related to mechanical,electrical and software including scheduled preventive maintenance for MAIA department. Also invole in new plant machine setup for Jinko Solar Plant 7.
