Technical Office - Shop Drawing - Prepare and develop civil shop drawings based on IFC. - Review design drawings and identify discrepancies, clashes, or missing information; coordinate with the design team for resolution. - Ensure that shop drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and codes. - Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure drawing alignment and resolve design conflicts. - Preparing RFI (Request for information), regarding any issue in the design and BOQ and specifications. - Support the planning and execution teams by providing technical clarification and updates on drawings. - Prepare and review BBS ( Bar Bending Schedule ). - Preparing a list of the shop drawings. - Review & issue letters and deals with consultant & its feedback for claims, variations. - Prepare client invoices & variation orders.
Al Basateen Compound Project Al Khalidiyah Villa Project -Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. -Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project manager and key stakeholders. -Analysing and interpreting engineering drawings, survey reports and other technical documentation to guide the construction process. -Planning and overseeing allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimise project efficiency. -Monitoring project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and adhering to budget constraints. -Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges.
