- Manage the process of die formation on CNC machines for assembly. - Designing Extrusion rubber, silicon and plastic dies using CAD - 3D Modeling for the products using SolidWorks. Use CAD/CAM programmes to get G-code - Operating cutting machines by EDM wire (Agie HSS 150, Agie Hss 250) - Operating drilling machine by EDM. - Communicate with clients to understand their needs, then design rubber and silicon gaskets for Aluminum profiles. - Receiving clients’ inquiries and providing solutions. - Checking the quality of extruded samples. - Working in R&D for enhancing machining, die-formation, and product diversity. - Calculate the weights of products theoretically in order to have an imaginary price before forming the die. - Lead a reverse engineering project to localize designing and manufacturing instead of importing some dies from China, for cost savings.
