A GIG is a 6+ month assignment where you get to work in a different team on different projects and assigned to a new role on top of current role. In this assignment, I am part of the Chief Talent Office supporting the Global Talent Management team in the implementation of the 2024 TM agenda which includes Annual Global Talent Cycle, TM project lead on global career week, redesign of global Talent playbook, enhancement of TM learning curriculums and design of new offerings, up skilling the local talent leads on different concepts, and other tasks where needed. Promoted to Regional Recruitment Specialist, responsible for conducting the full recruitment process assisting departments, shops, and technical managers with suitable applicants from which to select from as well as on board. Part of the Regional Team, Handling with many countries at once such as UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Kuwait etc... Main roles and responsibilities included: • Maintaining employee files and data on the system and update them with any occurring changes (training,certificate,,new joiners and leavers), as well as receive and prepare requests for employee-related documents such as salary certificates, transfer letters, payslips, ID cards, staff benefits, transportation passes, and others. • Responsible for payroll which include commission calculations, salary audit, and salary transfers • Handle and follow up on bank account openings for new joiners and ensure that bank requirements with regards to new accounts are met. • Developed analysis reports such as HR Mapping reports, brand analysis, bonus schemes, and salary structures • Handled all financial reports such as Revenue reports, Cost vs Sales reports, new market analysis, and insurance coverage reports. • Creation of new joiners, updating terminations, employee letters, updating data entries such as organizations, shop plan, and project implementation in new countries.
