Danial is a Germany-trained Chartered Mechanical Engineer with 15 years of experience in the energy (oil & gas, petrochemical, and renewables) and chemical industries. He has worked on a range of local and international projects and has been involved in several major capital projects with Total Investment Cost (TIC) exceeding US$100 million, such as Shell RedlIGreen, ADNOC Umm Shaif Long Term Development Plan, Saudi Aramco Marjan Increment, and ExxonMobil Neptun Deep. He specialises in noise control engineering and has produced related deliverables such as noise philosophy, noise allocation reports, and noise studies. His technical expertise also spans induced vibration analyses (i.e., AIV and FIV), Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) studies, and Safety Critical Elements and Performance Standards Management (SCEPS) for floaters (FPSO), offshore installations (including subsea), as well as onshore facilities. He has gained extensive exposure to various upstream and downstream EPCC Greenfield and Brownfield projects. He is highly trained and possesses broad experience in performing conceptual, FEED, and detailed design engineering studies. His technical knowledge and industry experience are complemented by a strong client focus and project management skills, which have enabled him to deliver projects on time and within budget. He is well-versed in the use of SoundPLAN, GeoMilieu, MAROS, and CadnaA software packages. Danial has also been guiding aspiring engineers and technologists toward achieving professional registration as a way to contribute to the engineering and technology fraternity. He is listed in Who's Who in Engineering Malaysia, published by the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
