Comprehensive Stress Assessment through Wireless ECG Treadmill Problem Statement: Stress is a pervasive and often silent health threat in today's fast-paced world, with adverse consequences for physical and mental well-being. Elevated stress levels contribute to a range of health issues, including cardiovascular diseases, anxiety, depression, and reduced quality of life. Accurate stress assessment is essential for timely intervention and personalized stress management strategies. Traditional stress assessment methods primarily rely on self-reported surveys, which can be subjective and prone to bias. Moreover, these methods are typically administered in static clinical settings and lack the ability to monitor real-time stress responses during physical activity or daily life. This limitation hinders our understanding of how stress impacts individuals in dynamic, real- world scenarios. To address this critical gap in stress assessment, our research proposes the development of a "Wireless ECG Stress Test with Treadmill for Stress Assessment" system. This innovative system will integrate wireless electrocardiogram (ECG) technology with treadmill exercise as a means to provide a holistic and real-time evaluation of an individual's stress levels during physical activity. The wireless ECG device, worn comfortably by the individual, will continuously record and transmit ECG data, enabling healthcare professionals to monitor stress responses in real-time. The significance of this research lies in its potential to revolutionize stress assessment and management by: Accurate Stress Assessment Real-Time Monitoring Personalised Stress Management Preventive Healthcare Improved Quality of Life
