Over the past 15+ years, my career has evolved from direct patient care in pediatrics, orthopedics, telemetry, and home health nursing into a unique dual role bridging clinical excellence with strategic talent acquisition. Today, I serve as both a Senior Recruiter and Quality Assurance RN, giving a perspective that spans nearly every aspect of home healthcare—from the patient's home to the executive boardroom. On the recruiting side, I lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, leadership, and executive positions across Florida. I've built my reputation by providing a concierge-level experience for both candidates and hiring leaders—earning trust through responsiveness, accountability, and genuine personal relationships. I thrive recognizing potential beyond a résumé and connecting talented professionals with opportunities they may not have considered but are perfectly suited for. On the clinical side, I specialize in OASIS documentation, ICD-10 coding, quality assurance, utilization management, and documentation review. I enjoy identifying opportunities to improve compliance, strengthen documentation, educate clinicians, and ultimately enhance reimbursement and patient outcomes. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping clinicians understand not just what needs to change, but WHY it matters. I'm naturally curious and continually looking for better ways to solve problems, improve processes, and help organizations grow.
