Coming up with ideas for and creating posts for the Cambridge University Chaplaincy Instagram and Facebook pages and making sure these are posted in a timely manner Creating reels to promote the Chaplaincy and provide information about events Sorting through and replying to DMs from prospective students and visitors of the Chaplaincy Working with the rest of the committee to ensure information about events and societies are communicated to a wide range of people
Creation of social media posts promoting the Newnham Garden Party 2026 and related events Designing promotional posters/flyers and event programme Managing social media pages Creating a cohesive aesthetic for the event Coordinating set up of the event Working as part of the wider team in organisation of the Garden Party
Providing support and advice to incoming the incoming Medicine Freshers at Newnham College Acting as a point of contact for any questions they may have during their transition to university and their first year Creating resources to provide information and share advice Creation of a 'Day in the Life' post to give incoming students a better idea of what Medicine at Cambridge is like
Creation of a Freshers Handbook including it's overall design and the content within it Managing and creating content for the Freshers' Instagram Collecting and collecting information from other students through surveys, emails etc. and including this in the handbook and posts Working with the rest of the Freshers Committee to help plan and timetable events
Providing a safe and enjoyable environment for children aged 4 - 14 through play Facilitating, organising and leading a wide range of play activities that help children develop artistic, social and physical skills Helping resolve conflict between children if it arises and behaviour management Ensuring children's safety and providing basic first aid if injuries occur Making snacks for the children to have during breaks in a hygienic and prompt manner
