Currently, I direct a diverse portfolio of core business pillars, including Human Capital, Payroll and Benefits, Facilities, Marketing, and Training & Education. From spearheading specialized provider recruitment and building a magnetic employer brand, to managing a rapidly growing facilities portfolio, I ensure our external presence perfectly aligns with our internal excellence. A passionate advocate for technological empowerment, I actively champion AI platform integrations and continuous process improvements. By optimizing our people, processes, and systems, I help our teams operate at peak efficiency—ultimately driving higher patient satisfaction.
