I build the outbound machine a B2B sales motion runs on — signal-driven research pipelines, multi-domain sending infrastructure, and trigger-based sequencing, with AI tooling built into the stack rather than bolted on. My focus is technical and regulated B2B — BFSI, SEBI-regulated products — where messaging accuracy and deliverability aren't optional. Recent work includes a Claude-based engine that mines public regulatory and market signals and assembles tailored outreach packets, and cold-email infrastructure (multi-domain, fully authenticated, warmed) built for high deliverability. Before SaaS, I owned a B2B P&L end-to-end for eight years, so I read GTM through margin and pipeline, not just activity metrics. - Engaged on a fixed-scope, three-month build to stand up Pyzo's outbound infrastructure from zero — for an agentic-AI company selling into regulated enterprise. - Built a Claude-based engine that mines public regulatory and market signals (sam.gov, news, leadership and funding events) and assembles tailored, structured outreach packets. - Stood up fully-authenticated multi-domain cold-email infrastructure, warmed for day-one deliverability. - Anchored a live NISM (SEBI) engagement — created a complete demo using AI, piloted, and now in active development. - Built a BFSI collateral system in Claude enforcing messaging consistency across go-to-market assets.
- Own product messaging and built the marketing site on free AI tooling; brought content and collateral production in-house on Claude, CustomGPT, and Canva — sharply cutting production cycle time and redirecting significant agency spend into pipeline. - Built a trigger-based outbound system in HubSpot, with sequences firing on buying signals (job changes, funding, tech-stack shifts) and prospects sourced via Apollo, Clay, and Instantly. - Built a Claude-based signal-mining engine tracking target-account triggers — newsletter subscriptions, news, leadership changes — that assembles tailored outreach packets and warms event attendees ahead of in-person meetings. - Contributed to an event-led ABM motion targeting major intimate-wear brands, helping convert a focused account list into active paid pilots with leading Indian innerwear labels. - Contributed to a US outbound program run alongside event participation, building an active pipeline of paid-pilot discussions with established US brands and materially increasing weekly meeting volume.
- Owned a B2B wholesale P&L end-to-end, aligning sales and operations to improve sell-through, inventory turnover, and margin — developing the business at scale across an 8-year tenure. - Built a WhatsApp-led demand engine — Business catalogs, segmented broadcasts, and lifecycle follow-ups — paired with small-budget Meta ad experiments for buyer discovery and catalog requests. - Executed GTM launches for new job-work product lines, unlocking meaningful incremental category revenue. - Defined positioning, assortment, and pricing using SKU-level margin and sell-through data, while managing a large multi-vendor supplier ecosystem through ROI and unit-economics analysis.
