Led the holistic retail marketplace plans, retail & digital related brand marketing, including creative campaign creation that was tailored for key accounts as well as image driven accounts, retail brand design, brand management, product presentation, education and budget management. Directly managed a team thru a major reorganization & global brand reset, and localized the global strategy.
Increased the visibility & brand awareness of Nike in key cities, explored and provided new ways of serving consumers. leveraged opportunities with business partners by identifying some distinctive competitive advantages for Nike, that served a critical role in making Nike SB relevant in key cities. Together with Civilist Berlin we created an innovative store concept that achieved a status of international influence and amplified the reach of the Nike SB brand, attracting new business opportunities globally. My strategic approach to enter and to successfully elevate the marketplace has let to work on global projects in Portland, Oregon, USA.
Developed a cross functional global brand marketing strategy with focus on retail, and identified an opportunity to leverage the potential of the brand and to secure an athlete recruitment within a critical age group at an early stage.
Drove retail brand marketing strategies, plans, project & budget management for multiple sports categories. Elevated core specialty accounts & established Nike SB in Berlin as a benchmark for retail brand globally, which has led to global recognition and strategic blueprint for geographies to scale and leverage.
