Responsible for the strategy and implementation of our paid and organic efforts for Showmax, DStv and GOtv across 16+ African markets.
Responsible for building digital teams as well as developing and executing the social media strategy and digital creative direction for Showmax, DStv and GOtv across 16+ countries throughout the African continent.
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy and its KPIs for SA General Entertainment and DStv. Work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels for the MultiChoice group. These teams include Marketing, Rewards, Showmax, SuperSport, Namola & all Group Owned TV Channels. Drive collaboration, standards and best practices across the DStv SA, General Entertainment and DStv (ROA) marketing teams. Drive collaboration between Showmax and DStv Streaming teams in order to drive adoption of our OTT platforms for all segments. Effectively manage and monitor performance against targets and KPIs, directing ordered performance reviews. Provide support to the SA, ROA and SuperSport leadership for the convening of a range of projects. Drive strategic planning for digital content to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels for General Entertainment, DStv SA and MAH. Design and create an implementation framework for the adoption of DStv Streaming from an Organic POV. To look after and assist General Entertainment & DStv digital touchpoints (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp and websites)
