Accompagnement de deux premières équipes Agiles au sein du département R&D (HMI et automation) dans une entreprise industrielle en transition vers l’agilité. • Mise en place du cadre Scrum et formation des membres de l’équipe • Facilitation des cérémonies et des rituels collaboratifs • Introduction des outils Azure DevOps et des bonnes pratiques de backlog management • Animation d’ateliers de story mapping et de priorisation • Collaboration étroite avec le Product Owner et le management pour créer les conditions d’une équipe autonome et alignée sur les objectifs business.
Issue d’une formation hybride entre le marketing digital et le management des technologies, j’ai eu la chance de pratiquer le métier de product owner très jeune. Mon aspiration est d'aider mes semblables et mes équipes à s’épanouir dans des environnements agiles et à s'organiser autour de la résolution de problèmes. Je suis particulièrement intéressée par le coaching des organisations et des équipes géographiquement dispersées pour contribuer à la création de produits d'exception. Je suis une adepte des concepts et des pratiques du « lean » et de l'agile, de la création d'équipes hautement performantes, de l'introduction du remote dans les entreprises et de bien d'autres sujets d'amélioration des équipes et des produits

Facilitating the redesign of vaccine data templates so that they fit into the new pharmaceutical data templates • Scrum master for 3 teams • Update of user stories in Azur DevOps • Facilitation of different Scrum ceremonies • Management of several PI planning • Conduct of several workshops (storymapping, US writing, US cutting, Poker planning, ...) • Alert management teams when problems arise • Management of the roadmap in support of the product owner • Agile training manager • Management of strong dependencies between teams • Problem solving within teams • Communication on the different progress to the rest of the company • Ensure the proper application of the methodological framework in collaboration with the agile coaches
