Experienced and dynamic hospitality couple with a 10+ years working in remote, high-service environments, including boutique dive resorts and luxury liveaboards across Asia and the Caribbean. Together, we offer a strong operational partnership, having successfully managed teams, handled logistics in challenging environments, and delivered exceptional guest experiences in settings requiring 24/7 availability and attention to detail. Our background in managing remote diving operations has equipped us with highly transferable skills in logistics, guest service, team leadership, and environmental awareness. We’re excited to bring our experience and drive to the hospitality or adventure travel industry, with a strong interest in supervisory roles and long-term growth within the company. - Strong hospitality background: With professional and personal experience across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, and South Africa, we bring a fresh, global perspective to every business we join. While our core background is in the dive industry, we've worked and lived in environments where hospitality, guest experience, and cultural adaptability are central—giving us a solid foundation to contribute meaningfully in broader hospitality and travel operations. - Great with emails and admin: With our background in luxury hospitality and running our own business, we know great service starts with the first email. Admin must be sharp, and no enquiry should be underestimated—responsiveness builds relationships and repeat business. - Hands-on maintenance knowledge: Chris is skilled in carpentry and general repairs, with a practical, hands-on approach to maintaining and improving properties. He is currently offering handyman services on a freelance basis while exploring the right long-term opportunity in the industry. - An eye for detail: At a luxury brand with exacting standards, Agata set up PR events, counters, and classrooms in high-demand locations like Dubai and Qatar. - Willingness to train and lead a team: With experience training teams from luxury cosmetics to boat crews and dive staff, we adapt easily across cultures and languages. Chris speaks Afrikaans, easing local communication, while Agata brings 5 years as a Regional Training Manager at Estée Lauder. - Sober habits, no pets, no children: We have no children or pets, live quietly, and have been in a stable relationship for 6 years. - Valid driver’s license: We both have valid, clean licenses and can drive both manual and automatic cars. Chris PDP available since October.
