With two decades in transformation, I architect and lead immersive leadership programmes that translate strategy into enduring change set in context of the market trends and client vision. I design and scale solutions that are delivered worldwide, across regions, industries, and cultures, aligning boardroom intent with frontline execution. I build and develop global alliances and strategic partnerships. Previously at Accenture, I refined the craft of enterprise-scale change management and tech-enabled leadership.
