Head of engineering for development and support of multiple products in Lyft's new line of business focused on commercializing internal tooling and infrastructure capabilities. Managing multiple teams comprising of backend / frontend / mobile engineers, managers, product managers, TPMs and designers spread across US, Canada and Mexico. Focused on cost savings, server and mobile observability (logging, metrics, alerting, tracing, envoy mobile) supporting terabytes of data streaming and storage, low latency alert detection and notifications for all services at Lyft.
Led engineering team in Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides/Keep) to support various browsers and assistive technologies with all Workspace editors.
