Turn around Project for PHE ONWJ Field (Offshore North West Java) - Involved on all activity Turn around project on PHE ONWJ field especially on NUI for structure and piping process on Foxtrot and Echo TAR Turnaround project 2012 and Bravo, Uniform Turn Around project 2013, Lima Turnaround Project 2014, KLA Turnaround Project 2015, Tanjung Priok Turnaround Project 2016, Zulu Turnaround Project 2017 - Responsible to coordinate all parties who involved on NUI execution activity during Turn Around Shutdown Window. - Review HSE plan and ensure the project was running align with approved HSE Plan - Familiarized and review project specification and related procedures and international code (API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, etc) - Prepare project execution plan, Day to Day activity, and man power allocation - Involved on procurement activity, prepare MTO for material purchasing, review material mill certificate or MSDS, and follow up PO (Purchase Order) and expedition activity - Interface with engineering department, hot work permit on flowstation and NUI, gas freeing and isolation plan, lifting plan for critical lifting, structural calculation note. - Site inspection prior to project execution and Review P&ID Mark up, review workpack as per actual condition on site. - Review and inspect scope of work for Turn Around project on Flow Station and NUI. - Coordination with Quality department for material quality, instalation activities and quality on site. - Interface and assess contractors for, review documents and procedures, control report and activities of subcontractor. - Interface and liaise with contractor who responsibility on execute project, supervise contractor to align with the project specification and project schedulle - Responsible to monitor execution progress refer to project schedule.
