Hello, I'm Ahmet Faruk Bilgin. I am a Computer Engineering student at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, particularly Operational Technology (OT) security. I actively contribute to research projects and serve as a board member of the IUCYBER Cybersecurity Club. In addition, I am involved in a broad range of security systems at Doğuş Teknoloji, with a specific emphasis on OT security, as well as IT and other critical cybersecurity areas. As the Vice President of the IUCyber Cyber Security Club, I currently support the leadership of a passionate and dedicated team of cybersecurity enthusiasts at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa. In this role, I assist in overseeing the club’s strategic direction, organizing events, workshops, and training sessions, and fostering collaboration between students and industry professionals. I contribute to developing members’ practical cybersecurity skills, keeping the community updated with the latest trends and technologies, and strengthening the overall cybersecurity network within the university. I previously served as the Club President, stepping down after my term to ensure continued efficiency and growth in this volunteer-led community.
