I am an Electrical Engineer and I have expertise in various software skills such as MATLAB, Python(Programming-language), KICAD, and VHDL. I am familiar with multiple power systems and lab equipment. Moreover, I have learned to work with simulation tools such as COMSOL Multiphysics and I have earned simulation experience of 1 year during my tenure as a research assistant at Concordia University. I have a combined professional experience of almost 3 years as an Electrical Engineer. I have knowledge regarding semiconductor devices such as MOSFET, FINFET, photonics, and optoelectronics. • Assists customers with installation, operational, maintenance or inquiries for Shaw Communication product such as modems of latest DOCSIS version, router and television. • Deep understanding of DNS, IP, RF, IPv4 vs IPv6 and Fiber Optic for technical troubleshooting. • Processing warranty claims and dispatching service technicians on service orders covered by Shaw Communication warranty terms. • Troubleshooting of internet service system such as internet failure, slow internet speed, Wifi issues using different tools such as Xtool, Xray, RSC tool, Nimble, SMQ. • Troubleshooting of television issues such as pixelating, audio, PVR, VOD, PPV, signal error, RF level. • Performing software and service provisioning for both internet and TV equipment’s based on IP and MAC address.
Designed an X-ray detector with organic perovskite material to investigate the sensitivity reduction mechanisms and Imaging quality.
