As the General Manager Middle East for Atlas Copco, I lead the Specialty Rental business unit that provides temporary air, power, flow, and steam solutions to various industries in the region. With more than 20 years of international experience, I have a proven track record of managing global projects and businesses, living and working in different countries across Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East. My core competencies include product development, product management, and international sales, as well as customer focus, people orientation, and sustainable profitable growth. I am passionate about delivering innovative and reliable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, while empowering and developing our employees and partners. My mission is to strengthen Atlas Copco's position as a market leader and a trusted partner in the Middle East.
Full responsibility over the Atlas Copco Compressor Technique business in the countries of Poland and Ukraine, leading 2 management teams, nearly 200 employees and a number of distributors serving 2 fast growing markets. Full P&L responsibility, with strong focus on profitable growth. Managing director of the legal entity with nearly 400 employees and Member of the Board of Atlas Copco Polska.
