I'm a creative strategist and storyteller who uses learning science, systems thinking, and narrative to design experiences and communications that build capacity, amplify visibility, and mobilize resources — particularly for humanitarian organizations, underserved communities, and progressive social movements. Shaped by living and working across four continents, I bring a multicultural perspective rooted in resilience and experiential learning. My background spans instructional design, e-learning development, and community development, grounded in a master's in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning and Peace Corps service in Moldova. • Wrote, fundraised for, and co-managed the $10,283 "Access for All" project ($5,077 PCPP grant, $2,635 raised online, $2,571 local contributions); led a needs assessment (focus group, 78-response survey) and collaborated with local counterpart to organize the construction of three access ramps. • Provided monitoring, evaluation, and financial oversight for Access for All's accessibility evaluations of 11 public institutions and a series of educational activities conducted with a national disability rights organization, reaching 37 employees and 60 youth. • Designed and facilitated 10+ interactive workshops on technology and AI literacy for diverse adult learners, adapting content and delivery for varying levels of digital proficiency and experience. • Created social media content and developed communications strategies for a nonprofit, a public library, and Peace Corps Moldova across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including 21 promotional and storytelling videos for Peace Corps Moldova's official accounts that generated 60,000+ views. • Produced 15+ additional promotional videos for a nonprofit and public library, including a 10-year anniversary testimonial video and a public library video series that contributed to increased visitor traffic. • Created practical step-by-step guides covering tools such as Excel, Canva, Trello, and WordPress to support long-term staff development and knowledge retention. • Recruited, trained, and coordinated 12–21 youth volunteers for recurring community service projects, and built a volunteer management system (contract, attendance tracking, leadership roles, recognition) that boosted engagement and retention. • Wrote four community development grants with a 50% success rate. • Guided a local nonprofit through its first formal monitoring and evaluation process for three existing social programs, producing a 20-page M&E plan and evaluation report used in ongoing program planning.
