Tasked with maintaining 100% track record on all engaged searches for project lifecycle campaigns for greenfield and brownfield developments across mining and metals, whilst strategically expanding our footprint across the Americas, Africa, Australasia, Asia and Europe. Additionally, my team is recruiting for over 150 engaged positions for expat engineers across mining, refining, smelting, rolling, extrusion, cabling and BIW.
Responsible for set up of Reed Energy in Middle East. Grew the team from one to thirteen recruiters in two years, accountable for revenues in excess of $2 million in final year.
Originally tasked with leading Leicester's Technical Division, with a focus on local shop floor engineering. Increased sales through training staff in candidate lead generation and improved profitability through improved negotiation. Introduced PSL client base by implementing negotiable variable principle on each account. Introduced nuclear engineering vertical market for both contract and permanent positions. Set up Technical Division in Northampton. This involved market investigation, business plan, recruitment and implementation. Northampton branch specialises in the recruitment of temporary domestic gas engineers and smart meter fitters. I am now supporting the strategic growth of our vertical markets : - Food, Energy and Utilities.
