Lead strategic growth and community impact for a nonprofit organization focused on youth economic mobility, education, and talent development. Led all development/fundraising activities including: grant writing, corporate giving programs, special events, capital campaigns, sponsorship, direct mail and online donation campaigns, as well as the Annual CP Telethon. Also oversaw the disability awareness program for educational institutions and volunteer management.
