Responsible for the acceptance process for new sites using 5G and other technologies for the Claro Costa Rica network. This process includes daily monitoring and delivery of results, both with contractors and the Claro operator.
Responsible for cost control, sales, and billing for the Maple project with the client Claro Costa Rica. Duties include preparing and delivering reports and supporting documentation for invoicing to Claro, as well as receiving, reviewing, and authorizing payments to suppliers.
Held full end-to-end responsibility for the financial and operational performance of a regional Managed Services contract, acting as a technically strong and empowered point of contact for the client, Claro Central America. Field Engineer for the GSM network of Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE). Responsible for conducting various types of drive testing and generating corresponding reports, supporting the network optimization team. Activities included contractual periodic coverage tests in coordination with ICE, coverage simulations, and new site search and evaluation (site surveys), among other technical tasks.
Sales and applications engineer specialized in industrial process control and automation, including sugar mills, breweries, rice processing plants, treatment facilities, and other industrial sites. Experienced in the use of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), SCADA systems (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), specialized measurement instruments, and in the sales process, technical consulting, and deployment of integrated solutions for these industries.
