Scaled global Digital & IT operations, integrated Renault Digital and Sylpheo, and partnered with Ampere and HORSE (JV) on major structural evolutions. Led talent, leadership, and capability development, launching the Digital Academy to accelerate reskilling and digital expertise worldwide.

Implemented a Shared Service Center for Talent Acquisition and Learning to enhance efficiency and scalability across Europe. Also served as Regional HR Business Partner for the HR function in Europe.
Served as HR Advisor for Alliance Ventures, the joint venture investment fund of Renault and Nissan focused on startups in mobility, manufacturing 4.0, and connected services. Provided HR and organizational expertise to support investment decisions, assessing people, leadership, and capability potential within startup targets. Contributed to shaping the HR and talent perspective of Alliance Ventures’ portfolio strategy, supporting innovation and cross-functional collaboration across the Alliance. This role was held in parallel with Group responsibilities, as strategic advisory assignment for M&A activities.
