Conducting a market research for my master thesis: "Scubadiver satisfaction in Padangbai" - Gathering data from international customers thanks to a 5 languages survey over a 2 months period - Compiling the data in SPSS software - Analyzing the data and comparing results with similar studies conducted around the world - Creating a report with the results and suggesting recommendations to the board of directors of the resort to increase their customer satisfaction
