Missions: Internal planner for high volume production lines and in charge of reorganizing logistic organization through the implementation of a new ERP (BMC Strategic). Objectives : Mastering the internal lead time from the client order to the final delivery, increasing the planning horizon from 3 months to 1 year in order to anticipate any over work load. Designing tools for communicating the optimal production sequence at any stage of the organization. Implemented solutions: Defining the capacity of each work shops, mastering data and guaranteeing its cleanness, settings logistics and production parameters (optimal lot size, stocks and buffers sizing).
My responsibilities include deployment of lean manufacturing in a traditional organization, management of several workshops.
Lean Manufacturing internship. My goals were to reduce the lead time and the current costs of the TAB/RTM line (RTM: Resin Transfer Molding). I had to increase by 25% the pace of the production within a very small budget (<25k€).
