About

With over 15 years in the audio-visual industry, I’ve had the privilege of turning my passion for technology and live production into a fulfilling career. As the Digital Productions and AV Manager at the Australian Dental Association (ADA NSW), I specialise in designing and implementing AV systems that enhance efficiency, reliability, and quality. Whether it’s live events, post-production, or technical event management, I thrive on finding innovative solutions that elevate the experience for audiences and organisations alike. Beyond my professional role, I am deeply committed to mentoring and empowering others. As the Founder of Lukad AV Academy, I created a training program for high school students, equipping them with the skills and hands-on experience they need to excel in live event production, opportunities I wish had been available to me when I was their age. More recently, I founded Your Money Your Plan, a course-based business designed to help people build confidence in managing their personal finances. While the course is yet to launch, it reflects my passion for giving people practical tools to succeed in both their careers and their everyday lives. My career has been built on leadership, problem-solving, and a drive for excellence. I love taking on challenges, whether it’s redesigning complex AV systems, optimising workflows, or leading teams to deliver seamless events. Every project I take on is approached with a long-term vision, ensuring that the impact is both immediate and lasting. Outside of work, I enjoy watching sport, being with my family, and occasionally going for a bush walk. I’m also passionate about humanitarian work, having supported initiatives in North East India, including installing AV systems in schools to enhance learning experiences. Most importantly, my family is everything to me. My wife and two beautiful daughters are my greatest source of support and joy, and they remind me daily why I do what I do. I’m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals, exploring new projects, and opportunities.

  • Founder at Lukad AV Academy
    Feb 2025 - Present · 1 yr 6 mos

Lukad AV Academy was founded with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between education and the live events industry. I recognised a growing need for skilled technical operators as the industry faced a decline in seasoned professionals, mostly due to Covid. This challenge presents an incredible opportunity for high school students to gain access to hands-on training and develop the skills needed to thrive in live technical production, all while still at school. It prepares them for entry into the live production industry.
