Adrian is an experienced non-executive director and Chair. Currently Advisory Board member of SARAH Group Holdings, Chair of the SARAH Capital and Investment Committee, Chair of the Advisory Board of RD Jones Group, Chair of the Advisory Board of OTFC Group, Chair of the Advisory Board of Haume, Chair of the Advisory Board of BL Lawyers, Member of the Governance and Integrity Sub-Committee of the PAFC. Adrian is a former Partner and COO for Financial Advisory Deloitte Australia. Additionally, Adrian has approximately 30 years corporate transaction and public sector advisory experience. During this time, Adrian has developed expertise in advising on mergers and acquisitions, turnaround consulting, debt and equity raising as well as preparation of detailed business cases and complex financial modelling. Adrian is a GAICD, qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow FINSIA. He has a Bachelor of Accountancy from The University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Adelaide.
