Adrian’s experience spans cross-functional technical PMO leadership, Megatronics: software development (SDLC), embedded and hardware systems (PLC), and connectivity, including immersive audio systems, infotainment, robotics, video/film/TV, media streaming, camera development, cloud systems and networking, IoT, AI/ML, and AR/VR/MR/XR, across the consumer electronics, entertainment, automotive, and aerospace industries.
Responsible for managing and implementing medium to high complexity technology projects across all of Madison Square Garden’s various properties (MSG Arena, Radio City Music Hall, Las Vegas Sphere, Beacon Theater, Chicago Theater, and Knicks/Rangers facilities).

Led product development efforts for Gibson Pro Audio's KRK Systems brand, in the areas of program management, content generation, embedded systems, mechanicals, communications protocols, desktop/mobile software and much more. Managed all technical programs and cross-functional technology teams from ideation to end-of-life. Products include KRK headphones/ROKIT monitors, Stanton DJ turntables, headphones, controllers. Responsible for program management, business strategy, roadmap development, project management (waterfall and Agile), business negotiations, overseeing requirement documents creation (PRDs, TRDs, MRDs) and managing all contract-manufacturer business.
Focused on the $1.5B Red Sea Astrarium/Star Trek theme park project in Aqaba, Jordan. Responsible for managing the RGH Technology Team in the design and development of software, digital electronics, mechanical, augmented reality, game design, pre-visualization design (Unity), show-control, show-action, user-experience, and media generation for a wide variety of unique virtual and physical interactives.
Managed team of 32 engineers in development of multiple 3D digital motion-picture and television broadcast products for Director/Producer James Cameron, Vince Pace, and Patrick Campbell. Including Program Management Office, TRD/PRDs, SOW, and more. Other special technology projects for four CPG mobile broadcast units, Deepsea Challenger, Life of Pi, Land of The Bears, ESPN sports, Winter-X, underwater 3D cameras and many others.
