With over 20 years of experience in engineering and software product development, Adrian is a passionate and innovative leader who drives the construction portfolio of products at Bentley Systems. He holds a PhD in Engineering and has a proven track record of delivering next generation software solutions for the construction industry. As a co-founder and former CTO of E7, Adrian led and coached engineering and software development teams for major brands, including Airbus, BBC Worldwide, Nokia, GKN Aerospace, and Suncorp. He is also an experienced lecturer and agile coach, who has created and delivered agile content for project management courses and helped organizations adopt agile methodologies and practices.
