I’m an executive and leadership coach working with board-level leaders and senior executives who want greater clarity, confidence and impact in their roles, their decisions and their lives. Over the past few years, I’ve coached 100+ leaders and managers, including executive directors, non-execs, CMOs and senior functional leaders. I work across many sectors supporting people who carry significant responsibility and are navigating complex, high-stakes decisions. Every coaching conversation is different, but the aim is always the same: to create space for clearer thinking, sharper judgement and purposeful action.
