With 10 years in pharma marketing across AstraZeneca, GSK, and Almirall, I've built my career at the intersection of global strategy and local execution in specialty care: dermatology, nephrology, cardiology, and immunology. My work spans full product lifecycles: from pre-launch KOL engagement and brand strategy to campaign development, omnichannel execution, and life cycle management for biologics. Two achievements define my approach. At AstraZeneca, I led the Spanish launch of Lokelma that became the fastest uptake in the global market — +140% sales vs. main competitor in 6 months. · Led development of Almirall's 15-year strategic roadmap for its flagship Psoriasis Biologic, coordinating a team of 7 senior leaders including Business Unit Directors and General Managers across EU4+UK. · Oversaw approval of a +25M€ R&D Clinical Studies Plan to maximise the long-term commercial value of the company's key biological medicine. · Drove business cases and launch strategies for 2 new indications and lifecycle management initiatives, projected revenue contribution of 100M€+ at peak year. · Directed joint EU-level expert advisory council with Top-8 European KOLs in partnership with Global Medical Affairs.
· Accountable for global brand strategy across 14 markets (EU4+UK), coordinating VPs and General Managers to grow psoriasis biologic annual sales above key J&J competitor. · Developed and launched a sharper brand strategy and campaign, increasing global brand awareness by 15% through Omnichannel, Content, and EU4 teams. · Created and led Illuminate Global Speaker Training: 550+ HCPs impacted across 14 countries, rated 4.9/5 — expanded to Atopic Dermatitis area the following year. · Launched PsOlve Open Innovation Cycle: +25% project submissions above target, 4.8/5 participant satisfaction, recognised as a top dermatology initiative in Italy.
· Led cross-functional launch team for local launch plan, field force training, KOL engagement, and global team relationship for the renal anemia indication. · Designed "The Red Thread of Renal Anemia" disease awareness campaign — exceeded 50% of target visits post-launch on GSK Patients website. · Evaluated Specialty Unit pipeline across 4 TAs in collaboration with Business Insights and Medical Affairs; reported findings to the GM. · Supported belimumab Lupus Nephritis indication launch and contributed to Global Marketing omnichannel projects.
