Prospective cohort in Bolivia, understanding Biomakers of Progression of Chronic Chagas Cardiomyopathy. • Migrated multi-source datasets into a unified REDCap database and performed data cleaning and quality assurance using Stata. • Designed and managed electronic data collection tools in REDCap and Qualtrics to ensure standardized and reliable data capture. • Conducted quality control and exploratory analyses of clinical data and produced statistical reports and visualizations using Stata. • Developed and validated an automated algorithm for large-scale classification of heart failure stages against physician gold-standard assessment. • Performed 1:1:1 matching procedures for case-control analyses using Stata. • Contributed to writing process of peer-reviewed manuscripts, as well as manuals of operations, and new clinical algorithms. • Trained and supervised local medical staff in verbal autopsy and quality-of-life data collection procedures. • Extracted and quantified RNA and DNA from whole blood samples.
