Compliance Manager Dec 2021 – Dec 2022 Job role consists of organising, planning staff/contractors with upcoming workloads, ensuring shutdowns go smoothly, offering solutions to breakdowns and unforeseen issues. Communication is a big part to the day-to-day operations, ensuring all parties are updated, with any changes, which might impact deadlines. Paperwork is a critical part of the role, ensuring work is checked to see that it has been carried out to a satisfactory standard, following SOP’s. Updates of technical documentation, ensuring staff are current with all Sop’s, GMP, RAMMs, Risk Assessments, COSHH and Health and Safety.
Daily routines are carrying out PPM, and reactive maintenance on HVAC’s, whilst including other facilities, plumbing, steam and chilled water systems in and around the building. Critical safety checks need to be carried out, to ensure the owners of the facility and working personal, are informed, and kept up to date, due to the hazardous environment. PPM work will consist of a service to the HVAC, replacing consumables, and checking that the systems functions correctly, via a building management system. Reactive work will be repairing motors for the HVAC’s, fans, heater and chiller batteries, safety valves, controls to be set, to the required settings, whilst adhering to the safe systems relevant to the task, using a Permit to work system
