I bring 15+ years of experience in operations management and strategy, with the last decade focused on leading global supply chain and product operations in high-tech. My career has centered on building resilient organizations, scaling complex product portfolios, and ensuring that operations align tightly with business strategy. Currently, I lead Product Operations for Cisco’s Security Business Group, where I oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle — from new product introductions to sustainment — for a billion-dollar global hardware portfolio, including Cisco’s flagship Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) line. In this role, I partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to align operational capabilities with strategic priorities, drive innovation into execution, and ensure global readiness for scale. Previously, I led the Enterprise Switching Supply Chain, accountable for materials planning, fulfillment, inventory, and overall supply chain health across Cisco’s highest-volume business unit. I also managed strategic EMS partnerships across multiple global sites, serving as the outward-facing commercial lead (“one voice of Cisco”) and driving alignment on performance, costs, and execution. Earlier in my career, I spearheaded Cisco’s risk management playbooks, global network design optimization, and operational resilience programs. I hold an MBA in Supply Chain Management & Leadership, and I’ve built my career on solving problems at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people. Beyond metrics and scale, I’m most proud of mentoring teams, creating clarity in complex situations, and helping organizations deliver meaningful results.
