Adrian Wilkinson is Professor and former Director of the Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing at Griffith University, Australia. Prior to this Adrian worked at Loughborough University in the UK where he was Professor of Human Resource Management from 1998, and he also served as Director of Research for the Business School. He is also Visiting Professor at Sheffield University , and is an Academic Fellow at the Centre for International Human Resource Management at the Judge Institute, University of Cambridge. He has written/edited twenty books and over 140 articles in refereed journals. His recent books (with co-authors) include 'The Oxford Handbook of Employment Relations' (OUP, 2014); 'The Oxford Handbook Of Management '( OUP , 2015) 'Developing Positive Employment Relations: International Experiences of Labour Management Partnerships' (Palgrave, 2016) ; ' The Routledge Companion to Employment Relations ' (Routledge ,2018) ; 'The Sage Handbook of Human Resource Management ' (Sage, 2019) , 'The Future of Work and Employment ' (Elgar, 2020) The 'Handbook of Research on Employee Voice' (Elgar, 2020) , 'Human Resource Management at Work',(Kogan Page ,2020) and 'Contemporary Human Resource Management' (Sage,2021). Adrian served on the Australian Research Council College of Experts from 2008-2010.He is a Fellow and Accredited Examiner of the CIPD in the UK and a Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute. He is a British Academy of Management Fellow and was an Academician of the Academy of Social Sciences in the Uk and a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Social Sciences. He has been shortlisted by HR magazine for the award of HR (Most Influential Thinker.)
