  • Managing Director and CEO at Centennial
    Jun 2021 - Jan 2026 · 4 yrs 8 mos

I joined Centennial in the middle of the pandemic and have immensely enjoyed helping shape Centennial’s evolution as Managing Director and Joint Managing Director. (with a brief stint as JMD)   Centennial highlights over this period include: - building and trebling the team with a focus on culture to over 50 terrifically talented individuals - trebling AUM to ~$3B including the committed development pipeline - generating strong investment outcomes for investment partners (average realised IRR of 20%) - diversifying institutional investors including Brookfield and across our Wealth clients and our lenders - significant investment into improved systems governance and processes supporting our active transaction load (32 in 2025 alone!) - significantly improved profile and brand awareness - building a platform that our more sophisticated investors expect from their leading partners & managers.   This growth really stands out against the backdrop of a challenging post pandemic macro-environment in which most or our peers were relatively inactive or in some cases saw their investors & capital partners halt all new activity. The business is at an exciting juncture, growing its first Open-Ended Fund and exploring introducing a Strategic Partner, enabled by the strength of the platform.
