Adrian has 35 years of broad experience in sugar manufacturing, underground and open cut coal mining and base metals mining - including operations, studies and implementation for brownfield and greenfield projects. For the last 25 years he has held various positions with Worley including operations management of local offices and regional businesses in Australia & SE Asia as well as leading local, regional and global Minerals & Metals businesses and the global consulting business Advisian within the Worley Group. In his latest role, Adrian is leading the transformation of Worley to deliver a more sustainable world in the energy, chemicals and resources sectors. The role includes accountability for a strategic pivot focusing on sustainability solutions for the Worley customer base in addition to implementing new ways of working for the Worley Group.
