Coordinate the Mobile EACC (EA Compliance & Certification) team As a People Manager ensure that all my direct reports have clear, measurable both business and personal development goals setup and followed through completion. Track progress each quarter and conduct quarterly conversations and regular check-ins to drive progress against goals, provide feedback and coaching and support career development and learning, maximize their potential and ensure they are well supported to succeed. Proactively create and maintain high quality relationships with all studio partners and stakeholders. Work closely with the management group when changes occur to planned forecast that could impact departmental resourcing, ensure attendance to for all internal financial/resource meetings As a Development Manager take the responsibility of ensuring assigned projects are compliant to pass both 1st Party Certification and adhere to all EA internal requirements. Act as main point of contact for the EACC team to drive communications and proactively resolve any issues as the project progresses. Determine and document the optimum framework for planning and scheduling resources to provide best results in the requested time frame. Create training materials for new and old employees and try to maintain a high level of knowledge for the Mobile Compliance team using them Establish and maintain a good professional relationship will all Mobile Departments involved in the Compliance testing procedures Perform 1on1 Meetings with all the team members (Compliance Tester I, II, Sr. Testers, Analyst I and Analyst II) Gather feedback from all stakeholders to make sure our internal and external processes are always improved and provide the necessary information for all parties involved and collaborating with our department. Create Monthly Evaluations for all the team members. Complete and create trackers (Project Resources, Project Planners, Project Projections, Projects Actuals, Forecasting) Great technical experience on all Mobile Platforms (Apple/Google/Windows Phone/Windows Tablets) Perform and Provide high level testing reports
